Anissa began her lending career in 2014 where she quickly developed a passion for the mortgage industry. Starting her career as a sales assistant for one of the top loan originators in the nation allowed her to become an expert in the loan process from start to finish, underwriting guidelines, and creative financing solutions. With her care, optimism, attention to detail, and background in finance she is able to educate and guide her clients through the home financing process. She is committed to providing exceptional service to ensure her clients fully understand their options and achieve their financing goals. Anissa grew up in Pullman, WA leading to her passion for the Washington State University Cougars. She is a proud alumnus of WSU where she earned her BA in Finance and met her husband, Nick. Together they love to explore all that Seattle and the PNW have to offer from restaurants, sporting events, city parks, and scuba diving in the Puget Sound.
