Scott is a seasoned mortgage advisor with over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Scott has helped over 1,000 clients with their mortgage needs on purchase and refinance transactions. His honesty and integrity have helped him establish a referral-based business with trusted clients and business partners in the industry. Scott is a graduate of UC Irvine, class of 1997 and played on the UC Irvine division 1 volleyball team. He moved to Newport Beach in 1994 and lived in Newport and the surrounding area for 30 years. In 2025, he and his wife Hillary made the move from California to Park City, Utah. They have 3 children, one son in college at University of Utah, one who graduated University of Utah, and a daughter who graduated from Point Loma University. Scott is active in the community organizing charity events and participating in fundraisers for local schools and non-profits. Prior to being in the mortgage business, Scott was a junior high science teacher at Harbor Day School in Newport Beach. He has also taught surf lessons and coached volleyball teams. You are most likely to run into Scott on the mountain in Park City snowboarding, mountain biking, or golfing, or in Newport in the surf or on a bike ride down the boardwalk. Scott loves traveling with family to warm surf destinations in Central America and Hawaii. You may also find him working in his mobile office which is a Sprinter van with Starlink internet allowing him to travel and work from anywhere.
