About Jo Ann Theriault-Fazio
Jo Ann Theriault-Fazio, Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending and National Sales Director of OriginPoint's Bannockburn, Ill. location, oversees a team of 11 originators in both Illinois and Tampa, Fla. The branch opened its doors in the summer of 2020, and since then she has helped the company fund more than $1.5 billion in total loan volume. With more than two decades of mortgage industry experience, Theriault-Fazio holds an impressive career volume of over $1 billion in funded loans and has ranked as a Top 1% Originator by Mortgage Executive Magazine since the award's inception in 2011. She has earned many accolades throughout her career, including being named a 2020 HousingWire Woman of Influence, a 2019 Forbes Magazine Market Leader, a seven-time Five Star Mortgage Professional and a Scotsman Guide Top Producer. She is also a member of OriginPoints's Chairman's Circle and President's Club.
